What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role
We are seeking an exceptional GTM Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations. As Garner scales, the teams who serve our clients must be equipped with the right messaging, tools, and processes at every stage of the client lifecycle. This role will own that enablement end-to-end — from onboarding new team members to rolling out new products, tools, and workflows — directly supporting client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Where you will work
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
- Lead comprehensive go-to-market enablement, onboarding, and everboarding programs for the Client Management team, including Strategic Account Managers, Client Success Managers, and Implementation Managers
- Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification programs for new initiatives, including product launches, new tool introductions, and other strategic priorities
- Manage onboarding for new Client Management team members end-to-end, including pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification
- Collaborate with Client Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools
- Manage enablement content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories
- Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives, such as ramp time, client retention, and client satisfaction, in the context of broader business objectives
The ideal candidate has
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a similar GTM enablement / training function, ideally supporting account management or client success teams
- Experience in a strategy and operations role with a track record of success
- Experience in health insurance or healthcare benefits is a plus
- A four-year degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus
- Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous situations, with a focus on simplification and clarity
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
