This is a fully remote role supporting our BioAnalytical Laboratory in Richmond, VA. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
The working shift for this role is Monday - Friday from ~8AM-5PM.

The Project Manager - Labs provides tactical support for client-facing projects. Manages and supports project performance with specific emphasis on financial management of the program and progressive responsibility for client communications. Provides internal consultation on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. Identifies and escalates risks to project timelines and financial objectives for both internal goals and client expectations.

What you'll do
- Monitors and manages all aspects of designated clinical/non-clinical trial protocols and is accountable for overall project performance and client’s satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations through the life cycle of the assigned clinical trials project(s)/protocol(s).
- Consults and utilizes , where appropriate , the scientific input of laboratory management, technical staff and support teams to assist the client with management of the clinical trial.
- Monitors budget, revenue forecasting/recognition, contract modification submission, review, and follow up.
- Coordinates review of data transfer agreements and data transfer requests.
- Prepares meeting agendas/minutes and timelines for data transfers.
- Understands protocol language and translates to internal systems and processes.
- Involved in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3 to 8 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

- Competent in Microsoft suite applications ( eg : Word , Excel, PowerBI , PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint )

- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with client information and data
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
- Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
- Demonstrated experience in identification and resolution of conflicts in a professional environment

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $80,000.00–$85,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
