YOU WILL

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and a member of the site leadership team.
  • Own the site's people strategy, translating business priorities into practical plans that strengthen leadership and organizational performance.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning, and succession planning.
  • Coach leaders through performance, organizational change, and complex people decisions.
  • Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and performance conversations with sound judgment and consistency.
  • Use workforce data and operational insights to improve organizational performance and inform business decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders through sound judgment, practical guidance, and consistent follow-through.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, Safety, and other People teams.
  • Improve processes and build scalable ways of working that support the continued growth of Operations.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.

YOU HAVE

  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with business leaders to solve organizational challenges and improve business outcomes.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting operational or frontline organizations as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, pharmacy, healthcare, or other complex operational environments.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, performance management, organizational change, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience using workforce data and business insights to influence decisions and drive action.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Arizona.

OUR BENEFITS (THERE ARE MORE BUT HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
