This is an opportunity to work alongside industry experts, partner directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering enterprise solutions that genuinely improve business performance.
As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will work closely with clients and Account Managers to understand operational challenges, recommend tailored ERP solutions, and lead successful implementations across fuel importing, distribution, and retail operations.
You will be responsible for both functional and technical consulting, ensuring ERP systems are effectively integrated into client workflows and continue to deliver long-term operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and support Analyse and optimise business processes to improve operational efficiency Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions Manage data migration, validation, and system integration activities Support and troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues Deliver training and guidance to end users and stakeholders Work alongside Account Managers to ensure successful client outcomes Contribute to ongoing product and process improvement initiatives
To be successful in this position, you will have
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline Proven experience delivering ERP implementations and consulting services Strong understanding of business process improvement and optimisation Solid knowledge of finance processes including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Experience managing projects and delivering outcomes within scope and timelines Ability to work independently in a remote environment Legal rights to work and live in Canada Highly Desirable
Experience within the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries Knowledge of: SQL; Scripting languages; SAGE300; Crystal Reports; Power BI
