User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Event Manager with 5+ years of event marketing experience to lead the planning and execution of some of Fetch's highest-profile events. This role goes beyond logistics. You'll be responsible for helping to develop event strategies that support executive engagement, brand awareness, customer relationships, and business growth. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, GTM, Creative, and Executive Leadership to produce memorable experiences that reflect the Fetch brand.

This is a highly visible full-time role requiring strong project management, executive presence, creativity, and the ability to navigate cross-functional initiatives.

The Events Manager will lead planning and execution of Fetch's most impactful executive, proprietary, and internal events. This role will own the end-to-end experience for key third-party industry events—including CES, POSSIBLE while also assisting with the planning and execution of internal events such as the Fetch Sales Offsite and Live Rewarded Leadership Summit. In addition, this role will help oversee Fetch's proprietary event portfolio, including Fetch Fest and Fetch Supper Club, ensuring each experience strengthens client relationships, elevates the Fetch brand, and supports broader business objectives.

This is a remote position; however, preference is for candidates to be based in the Chicago area to facilitate access to our event material inventory and to collaborate in person when needed.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing $300,000+ event budgets
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%, including multi-day event support.
