The ideal candidate has experience delivering EHR or healthcare IT training, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to translate complex technical system changes into clear, user-friendly learning resources for a geographically distributed federal healthcare workforce. All work is performed in support of Government staff and within authorized Government-managed environments.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government
Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Health Informatics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering Health IT training in federal or regulated healthcare environments Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and role-based training approaches Certification in instructional design or a related field required Ability to translate technical system changes into clear, user-friendly training content Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to support large-scale implementations across diverse user populations U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
