Department: Project Management Role: Project Manager Location: United States-Remote Overview Project Management serves as the operational delivery leader for the account. The team partners with Client Services and business units to translate client priorities into clear, executable plans with defined scope, timelines, resources, and accountability. PM owns delivery governance, project planning, forecasting, risk management, resource coordination, operational financial stewardship, and execution oversight.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years in a Project Management role, experience with pharmaceutical clients if preferred Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Basic knowledge of digital media best practices Basic knowledge of various project types including digital media, online advertising, digital analytics, conferences, print advertising, broadcast media, and campaign reporting/analysis.
A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in the media industry, preferably at a media agency. Experience with project management software examples include Jira, Wrike, Asana.
