  • Operational Efficiency & Automation: As a critical member of the PS Leadership team, champion process design and participate in the identification and implementation of a PSA as our System of record to eliminate manual effort and accelerate core business cycles, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, and consistent reporting.
  • Data Integrity & Business Intelligence: Ensure that operational systems feed clean, harmonized data to leadership for accurate, globally consistent decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with PS Delivery leaders, Finance, and HR leadership and our PS Leadership team to deepen cross-functional process ownership into genuine enablement of global stakeholders, ensuring resource capacity meets projected demand.
  • Sub-Contractor Ecosystem Management: Manage and lead a robust sub-contractor ecosystem, seamlessly integrating external partners as a direct extension of Rubrik's internal Consulting team to dynamically scale global capacity.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide high-level visibility and strategic recommendations to senior executives regarding global utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
  • Sub-Contractor Leadership: Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a direct Consulting/Delivery team.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and managing a resource management/capacity planning system and team specifically for a Global Professional Services business.
  • Executive Presence: Significant executive-level exposure, with a proven ability to present complex data, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Organizational Navigability: Extensive cross-functional organizational experience, with a track record of successfully partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries.
  • Systems & Operations: Strong understanding of operational systems, business intelligence, AI, and process automation within a global services resource management/capacity planning context.
