Key Responsibilities

Lead sanitation operations across multiple facilities to deliver high-quality, compliant service. Coach and develop Site Managers to build high-performing teams aligned with safety and food quality standards. Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance) to drive performance, resolve issues, and implement best practices. Ensure readiness for audits and support corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance. Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, labor usage, and resource allocation to meet company and client goals. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and frontline engagement.
