Job description

Clinical Recruiter (3 month temp) at Sprinter Health

At Sprinter Health, our mission is to dramatically expand access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.

We are expanding our team as we are in a major growth phase, and we need another exceptional Recruiter to help us make it happen.

About us

We're building the technology and clinical services stack to make preventive, connected healthcare accessible for everyone in the US. We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) backed by data products across 15+ states, serving 60%+ of the US population through major health plans and systems. With 1M+ patients and 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators is backed by investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel that have backed companies like Devoted Health, Livongo, Benchling, Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb, Lyft, Instagram, and Databricks.

Some challenges you get to solve

  • Help us expand into new states
  • Be part of building our employment brand to be known as THE PLACE to work if you are a mobile or virtual clinician

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both clinical and operations roles, in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously across clinical and operations functions, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications, skills, and overall fit for roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to understand career goals, preferences, and availability, enabling long-term pipeline development.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (currently Lever), ensuring clean data and scalable recruiting operations.
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and recruiting operations processes.

About you

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting clinical and operations roles.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or high-growth organizations.
  • Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or comparable experience in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage multiple pipelines across clinical and non-clinical functions.
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing candidates across diverse role types and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products

What we offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans 100% paid for you and your dependents
  • Flexible PTO + 11 paid holidays per year
  • 401(k) with a match
  • 16-week parental leave policy for birthing parent, 8 weeks for all other parents
  • HSA contributions
  • Life insurance, plus short and long-term disability coverage
  • Competitive salary + equity package
  • Virtual + in-person activities, to stay connected in a distributed culture
  • Annual learning stipend
