About You
- Independently licensed in Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
About the role
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a 40 working hour per week schedule (structured as a 45-hour week to include a daily 1-hour lunch), with a caseload of ~25 attended sessions and/or assessments for new clients per week (schedule approx. 29 to account for cancellations)
- Hours are Monday through Friday, with the work week spread across five days. Session hours are available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST
- Use client data to guide treatment adjustments, while ensuring all progress notes and documentation strictly comply with HIPAA and state regulations
- Collaborate with therapy & psychiatric providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
- Willing and able to be cross-licensed in other states. Two Chairs will cover the entire cost.
