The role

As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.

You must be able to work the following shift(s)

Tuesday - Saturday: 5:30pm-2am PT (6:30pm-3am MT / 7:30pm-4am CT / 8:30pm-5am ET)

Tuesday - Saturday: 7pm-3:30am PT (8pm-4:30am MT / 9pm-5:30am CT / 10pm - 6:30am ET)

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent ; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN). We’re unable to provide supervised hours toward licensure. Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services, independently, will not be considered (with the exception of the RN license)
  • Must have two years post license experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN); Must have two years psychiatric intake, assessment RB, other related experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
  • Must be Bilingual, Spanish-speaking
  • Must be a full time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States.
