About the role

You will help build and scale the next phase of ElevenLabs’ partner ecosystem.

The role has two core areas of focus

Build the ElevenLabs Partner Marketplace. Create a destination where customers can discover agents, applications, integrations and services built by our ecosystem, and where developers and partners can showcase and distribute what they build.

Scale partner engagement with AI. Develop new ways to onboard, enable and grow a broad partner ecosystem through automation and AI-powered experiences, while ensuring our highest-priority partners continue to receive focused support.

The goal is to create a strong ecosystem flywheel: more customer demand attracts more builders, more builders create more valuable solutions, and those solutions create more value for customers and partners.

This is a highly cross-functional role working across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.

What you’ll do

BUILD AND SCALE THE ELEVENLABS PARTNER MARKETPLACE

Own the marketplace from early concept through launch and ongoing growth.

Define how partners list agents, applications, integrations and services, and how customers discover and evaluate the solutions most relevant to them.

Work closely with Product and Engineering on the marketplace experience, including listing workflows, discovery, search, analytics and partner tooling.

GROW CUSTOMER DEMAND FOR PARTNER SOLUTIONS

Help make the marketplace an active source of customer discovery and demand, not simply a directory.

Build programs and product experiences that connect ElevenLabs customers with relevant partner solutions across our website, product, sales motions and campaigns.

Create meaningful distribution for developers and partners building on ElevenLabs.

BUILD AI-POWERED PARTNER EXPERIENCES

Develop AI-powered experiences that help partners onboard, learn, activate and grow with ElevenLabs.

Use partner and product signals to deliver relevant enablement, recommendations, campaigns, incentives and opportunities at scale.

Identify areas where automation can make partner engagement faster, more personalized and more effective.

DRIVE PARTNER ACTIVATION AND GROWTH

Build scalable programs that help partners move from onboarding to activation and measurable business outcomes.

Own key parts of the partner lifecycle and continuously improve activation, marketplace participation, customer engagement, pipeline and partner-sourced revenue.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a builder who enjoys taking ambiguous, early-stage problems and turning them into scalable products and programs.
• You have experience building marketplaces, developer ecosystems, PLG or platform businesses and the dynamics that make them successful.
• You think about partnerships through a product, growth and customer lens.
• You are comfortable working with AI and excited about using it to create better partner and customer experiences.
• You can work effectively across Product, Engineering and GTM teams.
• You are analytical and focused on measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, conversion and revenue.
• You move quickly, experiment, learn and iterate.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You will have built a marketplace that customers use to discover valuable solutions, created meaningful distribution for developers and partners, and developed scalable, AI-powered ways to engage a much broader ecosystem.

Success means making ElevenLabs a more valuable platform for both sides of the ecosystem: partners build because they can reach customers, and customers benefit from a growing range of solutions built on ElevenLabs.
