SUMMARY
As a Project Manager, you function as the "CEO of the Project," taking full accountability for Fixed-Fee discipline and the governance of complex technical lifecycles, including AI/ML and Lakehouse. You are a decisive facilitator with high situational awareness, providing value-based trade-off options when scope adjustments are needed.

- Leadership: Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate the activities of other personnel.

- Complexity: Own high-visibility, strategic implementations for major enterprise accounts.
What you’ll do
- High-Stakes Delivery: Manage complex, Fixed-Fee implementations with rigorous governance.
- Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
- Financial Governance: Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for accurate risk forecasting.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to ensure delivery success.
- Continuous Improvement: Present "Lessons Learned" decks to regional teams to optimize future upstream pre-sales and scoping.
- Service Selling: Support pre-sales activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service scoping.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
- Typically 5-8 years of related experience in technical project management.
- Experience in data engineering is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Advanced Smartsheet/Project modeling and the ability to query Snowflake metadata for consumption reporting.
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Demonstrated proficiency in EVM and CPM to identify and mitigate schedule/cost variances.
- SnowPro Core (required) and PMP preferred.
