DESCRIPTION
As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic Talent Advisor, managing end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of positions across Thermo Fisher Scientific. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This position offers the opportunity to influence hiring decisions while representing Thermo Fisher Scientific's values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement .
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments.
- Preferred degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Experience using recruitment metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Mandarin) are considered an asset.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
- Experience representing an employer at career fairs and recruitment events.
