DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Analysis Manager – Patient Recruitment is a data-driven leader responsible for measuring, optimizing, and forecasting the performance of multi-channel patient recruitment campaigns across clinical trial portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of marketing analytics and clinical operations, translating recruitment data into actionable insights that accelerate enrollment and reduce site burden.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in omni-channel marketing analytics, funnel modeling, and KPI development, with an appreciation for the regulatory and operational nuances of clinical trial recruitment.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Strong statistical analysis skills including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference
  • Experience with BI data architecture and relational database concepts
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and automation techniques
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with marketing performance measurement and optimization
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality control processes

Preferred — Clinical Trial Experience a Plus

  • Prior experience in clinical trial patient recruitment, CRO, pharma/biotech, or health system marketing
