About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Manager, GTM to join our team. You will be on the front lines of informing company strategy through financial analysis and responsible for building up scalable processes to match company growth. This role reports to the Director, FP&A.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do

• Lead monthly GTM reporting: pipeline generation, conversion, CAC and pipe-to-spend by channel, with variance analysis for leadership
• Own the GTM budget and re-forecast cycle, including the demand-gen envelope and in-year reallocation across channels
• Build and own the pipeline coverage model: how much pipeline must be created, by segment and channel, to hit the bookings target
• Own GTM unit economics — CAC, payback, LTV, and net revenue retention by segment — and the measurement standards behind them
• Serve as a thought partner on sales capacity to determine quota coverage, rep ramp, territory productivity and headcount required to carry out the plan
• Partner directly with the CRO and CMO as the finance counterpart in pipeline reviews, channel bets, and budget reallocation
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities

What you will bring to the team

• 4-8+ years of experience; ideally in investment banking, private equity or GTM / sales finance at a high growth startup Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel Salesforce reporting and AI tooling; nice to have - demonstrated experience owning GTM forecasting and modeling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure; comfort operating where attribution is imperfect — able to say when a number isn't good enough to plan on, and propose the fixIntellectual curiosity and a structured, problem-solving approach to breaking down complex challenges
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership
• A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

Compensation Transparency

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
