Are you an empathetic People Partner who loves helping leaders navigate team challenges while building the practical systems that shape company culture?

Join our team as a Senior People Success Partner, where you will balance hands-on advisory and coaching with framework design. In this role, roughly half of your time will be spent as a trusted advisor to our leaders, while the other half is spent building and iterating the people systems, culture, and performance tools that help us scale. Reporting to the People Success Manager, you will enjoy high autonomy, opportunities to mentor others help shape our 2027 People Success initiatives.

What you'll do

• Coach and advise leaders: Act as a thought partner to managers at all levels, from C-suite executives to first-time managers. Help them connect business goals directly to people strategy and navigate tough situations like performance management, team restructures, career development, and setting healthy boundaries.
• Handle employee relations with fairness: Manage complex employee relations and performance issues with consistency, empathy and compliance, ensuring every team member is treated with dignity.
• Navigate global teams: Support a remote team across multiple countries and time zones, bringing cultural awareness and local labor law expertise to your daily work.
• Build people frameworks: Run quarterly projects from start to finish or contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives. You won't just follow a playbook; you'll build the scalable systems that define our future culture.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with People Ops, Talent, L&D, People Projects & Insights, and fellow People Partners to build trust and ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Labor law knowledge: Hands-on experience with UK and Spain labor laws and employment practices; working with Employers of Record (EORs); ability to learn and navigate other labor law regulations with the right support systems in place
• Strong context-switching skills: Ability to pivot smoothly from an employee relations call to writing a project proposal or leading a 1:1 manager coaching session without missing a beat.
• Ownership and resilience: A self-starter attitude with a strong bias for action and experience in async work practices. You don't wait for permission to fix something, you look for the root cause and do your best to solve it.
• A human-first approach: A firm belief that empathy, trust, clear boundaries, and honest expectations are key to a high-performing team.
• Tech and AI comfort: Daily comfort with Slack, Notion, 15Five, and Deel, alongside a curiosity for using AI tools to streamline your own work and some experience in solving everyday pain points for the teams your support or the team you’re a part of.

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices in additional countries.
