About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Qualified is the #1 Agentic Marketing platform for revenue teams that run on Salesforce, based in San Francisco or remote. At the center of our product is Piper, our AI SDR, who engages buyers across chat, voice, video, and email. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Piper's "brain" - the intelligence behind how Piper thinks, speaks, and behaves in every conversation. You'll define what great looks like for an AI agent and build the systems to measure it and keep improving it. Hundreds of the world's leading brands, including Crunchbase, Asana, and Box, choose Qualified to grow their inbound pipeline. This is a high-visibility role at the core of our AI roadmap, suited to technologists who want to shape uncharted territory in AI for B2B marketing.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own Piper's conversation quality across every channel and surface where Piper shows up.
  • Turn ambiguity into clear, testable requirements for agent behavior, and partner with AI engineers to bring them to life.
  • Define and track success by setting the quality bar, measuring it, and making Piper's performance visible to internal teams and customers.
  • Close the loop on real-world feedback so that issues from customers and the field turn into lasting product improvements.
  • Partner deeply across teams, including engineering, design, AI platform teams, fellow PMs, and customer-facing teams.
  • Use AI tools across the full product lifecycle, from synthesizing feedback to prototyping and validation.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area end to end in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have strong technical and product literacy, and you're comfortable working closely with engineers on AI and LLM-powered products.
  • You have excellent cross-functional communication skills and can explain complex AI behavior clearly to any audience.
  • You demonstrate AI fluency. You use AI across your PM workflows and can speak to the outcomes it's driven. A related technical degree is required.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience with conversational AI, real-time agents, or AI quality and evaluation.
  • You've used AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, vibe-coding tools) to build working prototypes.
  • You lead independently, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best , and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best . Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
