Minimum qualifications

  • At least 4 years’ experience of success in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles.
  • Proven experience managing GTM systems strategy, with a focus on optimizing systems and processes that largely tie back to Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools.
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, with proven experience documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders while also getting into the weeds with individual contributors working through daily pains.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering workflows (running proofs of value & customer workshops, customer handoffs to technical account managers, et al).
  • A willingness to actively participate in co-designing revenue systems in partnership with members of the business and engineering teams.
  • A strong personal passion for revenue technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting, coupled with unwavering empathy for our internal stakeholders and the external customers they support.
  • A willingness to lean into both strategic and tactical execution, and the ability to discern which is most appropriate to solve a pain.
  • Ability to balance immediate needs with a future vision, manage around ambiguity, and resourcefully create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make the most impact.

About the job

The GTM Systems team at Wiz is looking for a strategy-focused technologist to support our Customer Engineering team in demonstrating our value to our potential and existing customers. • Pair GTM strategy with scalable technology for the team you support, ensuring our best-in-class teams are met with a best-in-class technology ecosystem.
  • Balance an AI-driven future state with the need to “keep the lights on” today.
  • Remove silos across GTM teams by focusing on shared functionality, applying role-based context to existing systems where possible.
