About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Our Agentforce Delivery team helps enterprise customers turn fragmented manual workflows — like procure-to-pay and order-to-cash — into automated, AI-driven processes that go live fast and keep delivering value. As a Forward Deployed Consultant, you'll own customer engagements end to end: from the executive business case through hands-on build and a clean handoff to partners and client teams. This role is based in London and is eligible for a remote work arrangement.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Advise enterprise executives on business goals and operational pain points, build the business case, and set success metrics with a measured baseline before work begins.
- Lead discovery workshops and process mapping, then turn findings into a working automated solution within days to weeks.
- Build and iterate AI agent-based automations hands-on — designing prompts, structuring outputs, and debugging failures — while identifying integration risks like authentication, latency, and payload limits.
- Own delivery through go-live, including scope, testing, data migration, and cutover, then run a structured handoff to implementation partners and customer teams.
You're Our Person If...
- You have 5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed, strategic consulting, product management, process automation, or business analysis roles.
- You have domain depth in supply chain, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or finance operations processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, accounts payable/receivable, supplier onboarding).
- You've built AI or agent-based automation yourself, including prompt design, output structuring, and iterating on failures — and you've engaged enterprise executives in business-to-business software sales to build business cases and roadmaps.
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Even Better If...
- You're familiar with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (APIs, platform services).
- You've built or navigated partner ecosystems and implementation channels.
- You hold a Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement certification.
- You have a technical or business degree; an MBA is a plus.
