About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Readiness Designer to elevate how the Agentforce & Data 360 Customer Success organization tells its story — internally, with executives, and with customers.

You will turn complex customer, product, technical, and business information into clear, compelling, and visually exceptional stories that showcase our strategy, progress, customer impact, and opportunities. Working closely with Customer Success leadership and cross-functional partners, you will ensure the organization is continuously ready for its most important moments — from

Playbooks, and MBRs to executive reviews, customer conversations, events, and strategic presentations.

  • Own executive presentation design and storytelling for Agentforce & Data 360 CS across MBRs, Pulse, leadership reviews, customer conversations, events, and other high-visibility moments.
  • Transform complex information into clear narratives — translating customer insights, technical concepts, business results, data, and strategy into stories that executives and customers can quickly understand and act on.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to understand the audience, message, and desired outcome, and recommend the strongest way to tell the story.
  • Drive end-to-end content readiness for key organizational moments — from gathering inputs and shaping the storyline through design, refinement, and final delivery.
  • Create a consistent visual and storytelling system across the org so our communications feel connected, recognizable, and representative.
  • Build scalable templates and frameworks for recurring communications such as Pulse, MBRs, executive updates, customer stories, and strategic reviews.
  • Bring customer impact to life — showing what customers are accomplishing with Agentforce and Data 360, and the role CS plays in those outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CS, Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and other teams to gather inputs and develop cohesive stories.
  • Support key organizational and brand moments, including internal identity, major launches, events, and special initiatives.
  • Explore new creative and AI-enabled approaches — including Agentforce, Slack AI, and other internal tooling — to improve quality, consistency, and speed of content development.

Minimum qualifications

  • 8+ years in presentation design, visual storytelling, communications design, or a comparable discipline.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling and executive-grade presentation design.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex or technical information into simple, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
  • Direct experience creating high-visibility presentations for executives, customers, or other senior audiences.
  • Strong command of Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of information hierarchy, layout, typography, data visualization, and brand systems.
  • Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders and navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • * Strong business judgment — understands the "why" behind the content, not just how it should look.
  • * Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning work end-to-end.
