With a mission to make quality care accessible and affordable, our Legal team operates at the intersection of healthcare, technology, consumer products, and a rapidly scaling supply chain. We are looking for an outstanding Manager, Legal Programs (Product) to join our growing Product Legal function.

About the role

As the Manager, Legal Programs (Product), you will design, build, and continuously improve the legal programs that keep our products, marketing, and supply chain compliant as we scale. Sitting within the Product Legal function and partnering closely with our Privacy Program Manager, Privacy/AI, Regulatory, Marketing, Policy, Marketing and Quality teams, you will translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, repeatable processes that the business can actually run. This is a program- and process-oriented role for someone who loves turning ambiguity into structure—standing up intake workflows, review programs, documentation, and cross-functional playbooks—and who thrives in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

What you'll do

Program design & build. Design and stand up scalable legal compliance programs from the ground up—defining scope, intake, workflows, roles and responsibilities (RACI), SLAs, tooling, and documentation—so that legal review is consistent, well-governed, and auditable across the business.

Process creation & improvement. Map existing legal and compliance processes, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and continuously refine them; build repeatable playbooks, templates, checklists, and self-serve resources that reduce cycle time and manual effort while improving quality and coverage.

Knowledge Repository and Resource Library Management. Partner cross functionally with Marketing Compliance and Product teams to create, maintain and update knowledge repositories and guidance documents to be leveraged by teams for self-service tools.

Marketing and Operations compliance. Build and run the program that keeps advertising, promotional, and CRM content compliant—coordinating legal, regulatory, and medical/clinical review of claims and creative, maintaining substantiation and approval records, managing the review queue and turnaround times, and partnering with Marketing and Brand to bake compliance into their workflows. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory teams to operationalize compliance across sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment.

Cross-functional coordination. Serve as the connective tissue between Legal and business teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, AI/Privacy). Run intake, triage incoming requests, coordinate stakeholder input, escalate matters that require senior legal review, and track issues to resolution.

Risk assessments & documentation. Project-manage risk assessments, audits, and reviews; maintain program artifacts such as trackers, inventories, records of decisions, and audit trails; and prepare status reporting and metrics that give leadership clear visibility into program health.

Scale & tooling. Identify where process, automation, and systems can create leverage; evaluate and implement tooling; and drive change management so new programs and workflows are adopted and sustained.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or operations—ideally within a regulated industry such as healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building programs and processes from scratch, not just running existing ones—including intake, workflow, documentation, and governance design.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of: supply chain / vendor compliance, marketing / advertising compliance, or product regulatory compliance.
  • A track record of process creation and continuous improvement—mapping workflows, removing friction, and building repeatable playbooks, templates, and self-serve resources.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfort partnering with Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Engineering stakeholders and translating between them.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage many workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you can operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure where none exists.
  • Proficiency with program/project management and collaboration tooling (e.g., ticketing/intake systems, trackers, and workflow automation).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in telehealth, digital health, pharmacy, or another regulated healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and/or advertising and product-claim regulations (e.g., FTC, FDA).
  • Experience supporting vendor due-diligence, third-party risk, or supplier onboarding programs.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPP, CIPM, or Six Sigma / process-improvement credentials).

OUR BENEFITS (THERE ARE MORE BUT HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
