ROLE OVERVIEW

The Content & Social Media Manager will manage the day-to-day creation, organization, and publishing of thought-leadership content across multiple social media channels. This role involves transforming leadership ideas, existing videos, podcast appearances, industry insights, and AI-assisted drafts into polished, platform-specific content while maintaining an organized content calendar and approval process.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and proactive, with experience managing B2B content and multiple personal brands. This individual should be comfortable working independently, adapting content to different leadership voices, and maintaining a consistent publishing process that keeps the team at least 30 days ahead.

  • Organize content by platform, advisor, topic, format, approval status, and publishing date.
  • Coordinate content approvals and incorporate feedback efficiently.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION

  • Transform rough ideas, notes, Word documents, transcripts, and AI-assisted drafts into polished social media content.
  • Develop platform-specific captions, post copy, hooks, calls to action, and light supporting visuals.
  • Adapt content to reflect the individual voice and preferences of different leadership team members.
  • Ensure content remains clear, professional, on-brand, and appropriate for a B2B audience.

VIDEO & PODCAST REPURPOSING

  • Repurpose advisor-recorded videos and podcast appearances into short-form social media content.
  • Use Opus Clip, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools to identify, refine, and prepare short-form video clips.
  • Review AI-generated clips for accuracy, visual quality, captions, and alignment with the brand before publication.
  • Create or coordinate light video edits, thumbnails, captions, and supporting social media assets.

MULTI-CHANNEL PUBLISHING & PERSONAL BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Manage content publishing for company pages and the personal profiles of multiple advisors.
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules, messaging, formatting, and content quality across channels.
  • Adapt content to meet the formatting and publishing requirements of each platform.

CONTENT PERFORMANCE & ASSET ORGANIZATION

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • Content ideas, drafts, approvals, assets, and publishing schedules remain organized and accessible.
  • Advisor-recorded videos and podcast appearances are regularly transformed into polished short-form content.
