The Opportunity

The Regional Marketing Associate supports the execution of regional marketing plans across AMER, working with all Regional Marketing Managers to deliver programs based on team priorities.

You will own assigned programs and tasks from setup through post-event reporting, using established playbooks, processes, and templates. Your manager will set priorities in partnership with the Regional Marketing Managers. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, high-quality work on time, asking for guidance when needed, and flagging risks early.

You will use AI and data tools daily to improve efficiency and inform your work, while remaining accountable for the accuracy and quality of everything you deliver.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute programs across AMER. Support all Regional Marketing Managers by delivering assigned events, campaigns and ABM activities using established playbooks, from setup through follow-up. Your manager will set priorities in partnership with the Regional Marketing Managers.
  • Manage program operations. Build registration pages, emails, landing pages and campaign workflows in the team’s tools. Coordinate paid social execution, vendors and logistics as assigned.
  • Ensure quality before launch. Review event setup, assets, emails and landing pages for accuracy, completeness and functionality before they go live.
  • Report on results. Maintain accurate program data, track agreed metrics and prepare post-event and campaign reports using standard tools and templates.
  • Keep the team informed. Maintain timelines and task status in Monday.com, and proactively communicate progress and changes.
  • Support budget operations. Track program expenses, manage purchase orders and coordinate invoices with Finance.
  • Use AI and improve processes. Apply AI and data tools daily to work more efficiently, validate outputs and share useful workflows and process improvements with the team.
  • Flag issues early. Bring risks, blockers, unclear requirements and competing requests to your manager early so priorities and next steps can be resolved.

What you'll bring at this level

  • Located in EST or CST
  • 2+ years in field marketing, regional marketing or events
  • Strong organization and close attention to detail
  • Experience with, or fast ramp on, Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce and Monday.com
