Keep a record of all decisions taken during the implementation, and give Payroll Operations full visibility, including the SOPs they need for business as usual.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.

Be the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the implementation, and support them during and after go live.

Develop and apply standardised payroll processes, project plans and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Support the wider implementation and operations teams.

Keep a focus on KPIs and SLAs, and continuously improve processes.

Work with internal teams to improve our platform, from UAT testing through to shipping, and make sure all changes are documented.
