  • Develop the product strategy & roadmap by partnering closely with key stakeholders (including other PMs, PMMs, AEs, SEs) to introduce Motive Card into new sectors and/or international geographies, prioritizing based on market opportunity and operational readiness.
  • Align priorities & Execute effectively on this roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and articulate clear metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories.
  • Own and maintain detailed product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes, and process flows, ensuring seamless execution by engineering teams.

  • Be data-driven, with a track record of using data and metrics to back up assumptions, build business cases, and make product decisions.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to understand platform capabilities, dependencies, and to earn the respect and trust of software engineers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high EQ, enabling to work effectively with remote teams and manage stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Experience in an agile product development environment is essential.
