Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records within the company CRM and database systems. Prepare and update candidate and client documentation. Manage electronic filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date. Support the onboarding process for candidates and clients. Assist with compliance checks and documentation. Support consultants with advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms. Review incoming applications and update candidate records. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Prepare candidate profiles and interview packs. Communicate interview schedules, feedback, and updates to candidates. Act as a professional first point of contact for clients and candidates. Build positive working relationships with clients, candidates, and business contacts. Support consultants in delivering excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process. Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms.
