Project Monitor II, Home Energy Rebates at Cogent Security LLC
Position Location: 1000 Independence Ave SW, Washington D.C. 20585
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
Work Environment: Remote
Travel Required: 10%
Position Summary:
The Project Monitor II will support the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of State and Community
Energy Programs (SCEP), Home Energy Rebates program. The Home Energy Rebates program delivers
formula funding to states and communities to lower household energy costs through whole-home
efficiency retrofits and electrification of appliances and equipment.
The Project Monitor II will support the HOMES or HEEHR federal teams by providing technical
expertise and execution for the full grant lifecycle and other programmatic support.
Specific requirements and responsibilities include:
-Provide project monitoring support across the full grant lifecycle, including application and plan
review and post-award monitoring.
