📢 MISSION À POURVOIR ONE SHOT – ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATIVE & RH 📢

📍 Lieu : Sur site (Le Bouscat (33) – possibilité de télétravail selon le profil

📅 Dates : 16 et 17 juillet

⏰ Durée : 2 journées de 7 heures

Notre réseau 3H18 recherche un(e) intervenant(e) pour une mission d'assistance administrative et RH.

🎯 Vos principales missions :

✅ Gestion et suivi administratif de la prime carburant

✅ Finalisation du tableau de suivi et transmission au cabinet comptable

✅ Montage de 5 dossiers d'apprentissage

✅ Assistance RH sur diverses tâches administratives

📈 Possibilité de prolongation de la mission, selon les besoins du client et en accord avec 3H18.

Requirements

👤 Profil recherché :

✔ Expérience en assistance administrative et/ou RH

✔ Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation

✔ Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques
