Recruiter

description We are a growing UK-based cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across multiple locations. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and confident Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire quality candidates who will contribute to our ongoing success. This is a fully remote role where you'll work closely with the HR Manager to manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Contact applicants and conduct telephone screening interviews to assess suitability. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process. Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and provide recruitment updates. Prepare offer documentation and assist with onboarding successful candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems and Excel trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication. Work towards recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality hiring standards. Assist with other recruitment-related administrative tasks as required. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Confident speaking with candidates over the phone. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
