Responsibilities
: Develop and execute the organization’s information technology roadmap and strategy that aligns with business goals, growth plans, compliance obligations, and operational priorities. Serve as a senior technology advisor to executive leadership, providing recommendations on technology investments, digital transformation, cybersecurity risks, infrastructure needs, and enterprise systems planning.
Lead the IT department, including team structure, performance expectations, coaching, staffing, project prioritization, and professional development. Establish and maintain IT governance practices, standards, policies, procedures, and controls to support security, reliability, accountability, and scalable operations. Oversee enterprise infrastructure, network operations, cloud services, business applications, telecommunications, hardware, software, and user support services.
Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, data backup, and system resiliency plans are developed, tested, maintained, and aligned with organizational risk tolerance. Provide executive oversight of cybersecurity strategy, including risk assessments, security monitoring, access controls, employee awareness, vulnerability management, audit readiness, and response to security incidents.
