Dispatcher

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in transportation management systems. The Dispatcher will coordinate with various stakeholders, including drivers, clients, and police personnel to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and updates.

Utilize transportation management systems to track assets and drivers.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.

Monitor performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills

Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and drivers.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across various channels.

Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.

Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make informed decisions.

Knowledge of multiple types of vehicles.
