🚧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Revenue Integrity Specialist to reduce Days in A/R. Specifically, this role will:
- Own follow-up workflows for stale, underpaid, and unpaid claims
- Manage paper EOB intake, organization, and posting workflows
- Perform check reconciliation and validate payment accuracy against remittance data
- Investigate discrepancies between billed, paid, and expected reimbursement amounts
- Coordinate with billing, credentialing, and operations teams to resolve revenue issues
- Assist with payer communication via phone, portal, fax, and email
🧠WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in a call center or high-call volume roles
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or revenue cycle management
- Experience with US-based health insurance companies, commercial and government
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and business systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
