POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations consulting team, supporting both internal initiatives and client-facing projects focused on improving sales, marketing, and revenue operations.

In this role, you'll work alongside Sales & Marketing Operations Consultants to help organizations optimize their CRM platforms, automate business processes, improve lead management, implement end-to-end tracking and attribution, and deliver meaningful reporting that drives better business decisions. You'll support a variety of projects ranging from CRM optimization and data management to marketing technology implementations, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and operational consulting.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in CRM, marketing technology, analytics, and sales operations who enjoys solving business problems, learning new technologies, and working across multiple industries and client environments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the delivery of Sales & Marketing Operations consulting projects for internal teams and external clients.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain CRM platforms and related business systems (including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and similar technologies).
  • Design and improve lead management processes, including lifecycle stages, lead routing, lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and sales handoff.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and executive-level analytics that provide actionable business insights.
  • Implement and troubleshoot lead tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement across CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Configure and validate marketing and analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar technologies.
  • Support campaign tracking through UTM strategies, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and CRM-to-ad platform integrations.
  • Review CRM data quality and recommend improvements to data structure, automation, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Assist with CRM implementations, migrations, system integrations, API connections, and data imports.
  • Support marketing automation, email campaigns, nurture programs, and campaign operations.
  • Research, enrich, and maintain company and contact data to improve CRM accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and enhance client reporting.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions, solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, and user acceptance.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and implementation guides for both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, client services, and technical teams to deliver operational improvements.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Experience with lead tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics across CRM and digital marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience supporting marketing automation, lead management, or campaign operations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) and an interest in applying AI to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Experience implementing or troubleshooting marketing attribution, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, or CRM integrations with advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM migrations, APIs, middleware, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or CRM reporting.
